Things in China are moving along.  It’s the time of year when I have to start making some decisions on whether I want to stay here or move on to another location.  Like anything, there are positives and negatives and in many ways, the easy thing to do would be to stay. The question is, do I want to do the easy thing or go bold? I recently passed on a job opportunity that would have been wonderful, but it meant an additional two years here (four years total).  Some might say that this is crazy, what’s another two years?  But right now, I am thinking that both my heart and head have to be in balance and they aren’t living here.  My heart is just not into it.

So to distract myself, I am planning a Mad Men theme party.  I cannot tell you how excited I am about this!  My friend Michelle is going to help me with decorations. In fact we are headed out this morning to get some things prepared.  I want this to be a really fun time for everyone who attends. I am having the greatest dress made!  I will post photos for sure.
